04 / Sector Capacity Programs
Strengthen one organization.
Build possibility across many.
For foundations and associations, a shared program can pair collective learning with the practical help each team needs. We start small, with a focused pilot and a clear definition of useful progress.
A good fit for
Funders, associations, and capacity-building organizations looking to support a small group of nonprofits around a common digital or operational challenge.
What we’ll
work on together.
Design with the participants
Listen to the sponsor and participating organizations. Choose one shared theme, set participation expectations, and define the limits of the work.
Combine learning with application
Bring together focused workshops, office hours, and a small practical assignment that each team can use in its own setting.
Support the implementation
Provide a bounded amount of organization-specific help, reusable templates, and clear ownership for what happens after the program.
Report on useful progress
Share agreed program-level measures, participant feedback, and recommendations. Organization-specific findings are shared only under agreed permissions.
An example of what is possible
A digital welcome-journey pilot could help a small cohort assess its current experience, improve one workflow, and document a repeatable process.
Illustrative scope, not a client result.
What useful progress looks like
Agree on adoption, workflow completion, staff confidence, and participant-reported usefulness. Separate what the program delivered from longer-term organizational outcomes.
Keep the scope clear
This is a proposed engagement model, not an existing funded cohort. Major implementations, participant software, and follow-on projects are separately scoped. Sponsor participation does not imply endorsement.
